There are only 2 questions to ask yourself today.

Today’s thought.

As we face the challenging day ahead I believe there are two key questions to ask:

1-Does my research lead me to believe the companies I am invested in have real potential to dramatically impact the global market they are focused on?

2-Can I buy more of these, or other such companies at a reduced price?

As we all know, or are learning the hard way, life is pot-holed with problems and challenges.

But as you reflect on those challenges from your moment in time today, have you bounced back and moved on?

Making money through investing and dealing with life’s challenges are very similar.

You either learn from your mistakes or you do not survive.

You start to appreciate when to take action and when to sit back and wait.

Action equals results but experience offers choices for consideration.

Stock market corrections are really a test of our experiential learning.

They present an opportunity to examine our decisions (investments) and ask “are they

based on logic”

Neuroscience tells us that our brains are hardwired to have a negative bias.

We once needed that bias to quickly learn and remember threats to our very survival.

But that was years ago and while the sabre tooth tiger in the bushes is gone, the bias remains.

Modern-day investing offers a chance to learn and prosper from the incredible advances going on around us today.

But it also offers an opportunity to test our inner logic and during corrections like this, if it stands up to that test, enjoy the peace that comes with it.
