Anticipation and action are at the heart of the SENSERA LIMITED (ASX: SE1) business.
Sensera develops and manufactures Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS).
These tiny devices have the ability to detect location, movement and pressure changes that can monitor, alert and result in actions like:
Early detection of a problem with an implanted medical device, based on a tiny change in blood pressure.
Locate a hospital emergency room crash cart in a crisis.
Highlight what expensive equipment is under or over utilised in a manufacturing plant
Stop a large mining vehicle in its tracks, to prevent it hitting someone.
Using algorithms, it can remotely spot a sick animal in a herd, before it infects other animals.
I have listed more technical detail about the business below.
Recently Sensera reiterated its revenue forecast for FY19 US$10.5M/$11M, but claims 70 sales opportunities in pipeline with potential to triple FY20/21 if converted.
I spoke with CEO Ralph Schmitt to find out how will achieve this?
